Should women have equal rights to the role of pastor as men?

Yes they should even though in 1 Timothy 2:12 it says "I permit no woman to teach or to have authority over men; she is to keep silent." It should not matter whether a man or woman is delivering the message. Just as long as it is delivered correct

Women equal rights were taking from them in the book of Genesis by God. Women are to submit, keep silent and keep it moving. Women sometimes move on their reaction without thinking things through. Here are 2 examples: Genesis and Abraham & Sarah.

It is God's Law. A woman job is to be a care taker in her household Proverbs 31:10-31 and to be a prayer warrior in the books of Ruth, Esther, etc...

A woman can still be a caretaker in her home as well as be a pastor. Now that times have changed women have become a part of the working society with having occupations that were once seen as a position held by men.
